GEC offers a high-performance Shot Blasting System for Railway Coaches up to 30 Meters in Length. The system is specially designed for the efficient cleaning, descaling and surface preparation of large railway coaches and fabricated railway structures.
The machine uses high-speed abrasive blasting technology to remove rust, mill scale, old paint, welding scale and other surface contaminants. It provides a clean and uniform surface suitable for painting, coating and further surface treatment.
Designed for heavy-duty railway applications, the system combines high-performance blast wheels, an efficient abrasive recovery system and dust collection technology to achieve reliable and consistent blasting results.
The RSB-30M Railway Coach Shot Blasting System is designed with an airless roller conveyor type work handling arrangement and can be configured for automatic or semi-automatic operation according to production requirements.
