The machine features an overhead monorail conveyor that moves workpieces through the blast chamber without interrupting production, ensuring consistent cleaning quality and higher throughput.
Equipped with high-efficiency blast wheels, an automatic abrasive recovery system, a bucket elevator, an air wash separator, and a high-performance dust collector, the system effectively removes rust, mill scale, welding slag, and surface contaminants. The recycled abrasive minimizes operating costs while maintaining optimal blasting performance.
