Roller conveyor shot blasting is a surface treatment process where workpieces are conveyed on a roller conveyor system through a blast chamber. High-speed abrasive particles are propelled onto the workpiece surfaces, removing contaminants, scale, and rust, and preparing them for further processing or coating.
GEC offers a range of Airless Shot Blasting Machine Tunnel/Roller Conveyor Type for descaling mild steel plates and structural sections prior to painting. These machines are designed for large production output and surface treatment. The number of Blast Wheels varies according to the job size and required productivity.
