About
Shot blasting is required for cleaning of castings and forgings, removal of heat scales, increasing pressure withstanding capacity of Die castings, shot peening of springs/gears etc., to increase their fatigue life, replace acid pickling and many other special applications for relatively small components.
We strongly recommend our airless centrifugal shot blasting machines with dust collection chambers. The components are continuously tumbled during the abrasive blast cleaning process and dust collection; filter bags are shaken after blasting operation by electrically operated mechanism. This ensures speedy and total cleaning operation in single cycle and this minimizes time, expense etc.
1. SHOT BLASTING MACHINE: The main cleaning chamber is fabricated out of 6 mm thick M.S. Plates and rugged design, increases production, improved quality cleaning and cost reduction.
2. MAIN ROTOR: 300 mm dia. Main rotor is properly hardened and balanced and housed in steel castings with abrasion resistant/ wear resistant liners. The control cage (with 70°rectangular opening), blades and impeller will be of abrasion resistant material.
