Tumblast Machine

GEC introduces an advanced and improved Tumblast-type Shot Blasting Machine. With the latest technology, this machine offers enhanced quality and performance. It features a powerful Blast Wheel station, enabling efficient shot propulsion and reducing maintenance requirements. The Blast Wheel assembly includes alloy steel hard blades, ensuring durability. The work cabinet is fully lined with Manganese steel tiles, while the pneumatic cylinder allows automated opening and closing of the cabinet door. An automated shot replenishment device ensures a continuous supply of abrasive.

The machine incorporates an effective air dynamic separation system for constant cleaning of the abrasive. A vertical control panel can be customized according to customer needs. The main cabinet connects to a dust collection unit for suction power and can be automated with a programmable logic controller (PLC). The machine utilizes round, cast, or cylindrical shots for optimal surface coverage and scale removal.
